PREPARATION Salt and Pepper trout fillets to taste Combine flour, cornmeal, and garlic powder in a plastic bag. Add trout fillets to bag and shake until all surfaces covered with mixture. Heat oil or butter in a large skillet Fry fillets on both sides until trout flakes and coating is golden brown. |
